Congrats to the Yankees! They played baseball with passion this year and deserved this title for their work. I hope the Metropolitans can win one soon.

The Metropolitans will be back. For now, there's next season's Subway Series or Mayor's Trophy Series.

Joe Girardi and Charlie Manuel will manage next season's All-Star Game in Anaheim.
