In a statement issued by his agent, Randy Hendricks, Pettitte acknowledged using HGH in 2002 to help him recover from an elbow injury, though he said his usage was limited to two days during a stint on the disabled list. Lets be honest he had to have a lot of talent to be in the big leagues and to pitch for the Yankees. But hopefully that was the only incident.
