gmnewlook Posted November 7, 2009 Share #1 Posted November 7, 2009 Hey guys, on Tuesday I'll be going to Trans-Expo 2009 here at Place Bonaventure in Montreal. Of course I'll bring along my camera and I'll be taking photos. It's part of the CUTA fall conference. See ya later.

gmnewlook Posted November 11, 2009 Author Share #4 Posted November 11, 2009 New Flyer with the Xcelsior demo (I also picked up loads of stuff like caps, pens, calendars... a big thank you to Ms. Amy Miller! ) I simply had to do it... This has to be my favorite model in the showroom. Maybe one day we'll see them on streets in my province of Quebec. From what I was told, New Flyer is trying to get approval from the Quebec government to break into the transit market here, so that way TAs are going to have more choice the only NovaBUS. gmnewlook Posted November 11, 2009 Author Share #5 Posted November 11, 2009 NovaBUS with a 3rd generation LFS BC Transit unit 9370: Only 378.4 km on the counter...
gmnewlook Posted November 11, 2009 Author Share #6 Posted November 11, 2009 Another NovaBUS, this time it's the LFS HEV Translink unit 9484: A little more mileage than BCT 9370. These LFSs really look good and their seats, at least those on 9370 are MUCH more comfortable than the STM's and they look better too.

gmnewlook Posted November 15, 2009 Author Share #13 Posted November 15, 2009 Thanks for the compliments. Yes, it would have been nice if we could have seen the MCI's engine. But, I can probably arrange something similar, not a demo, but I'm going to pull some strings.
