Side job: report Three builders who have each offered to pay $1 billion for the MTA's West Side railyards have the inside track to develop mega-projects there, Crain's New York Business is reporting - even though the MTA may force them to merge their plans. "I think they will try to get us all to work together, if possible," an executive at one developer told Crain's.
