Sea Beach Posted November 12, 2009 Share #1 Posted November 12, 2009 I went to the Transit Museum today with a few people and checked out the slants.................until someone had a key on them and decided to closed the doors with them. Museum staff qucikly noticed this and were trying to fix it,but they couldnt. Besides that there were some rollsign fun......until bveguy got yelled at for that. No it dont, its nice with flash I thought he had permission from his previous post. Guess not. No,no one got permission to do that, the TM manager yelled at him and told him and everyone to not do that,he did tell him to put it back on and to never touch it after that. So whoever is reading this I advise you to not do what he did cause you will get yelled at to.
MattTrain Posted November 12, 2009 Share #7 Posted November 12, 2009 Nice photos and videos of the R40. As for the rollsigns, just don't play with them, unless you're allowed. Your friend shouldn't have been playing with those in the first place.

LRG Posted November 12, 2009 Share #9 Posted November 12, 2009 I guess I need permission if I want to collect readings for my project. I'll make sure to do that. I'm sure they won't have a problem if I ask them nicely, it's for a good cause.

bveguy Posted November 12, 2009 Share #13 Posted November 12, 2009 Okay, few things: 1) I was gentle with the sign, going slowly and not rough. 2) I never got yelled at. The guy said I can finish up and then put it back to and get done with it.

The guy said I can finish up and then put it back to and get done with it. He did yell at you,as a matter of fact,he yelled at all of us cause we were with you,we couldve got thrown out of the museum but your lucky I said something to him and then he told you to put it back on and to never touch it again after that. So dont make me look like a liar cause your the one thats lying by saying "I never got yelled at" Nice pics! Thanks B) Nice stuff from NYCTM and the Slants, I would think that if you and Christina were operating a R44 consist, it'll be one heck of a ride... They really should have painted it up, I mean it's only a museum piece now.
