SubwayGuy Posted November 13, 2009 Share #51 Posted November 13, 2009 Also, many older signs have a habit of going side ways and ending up in the gears. That will kill a sign. Yup also true. Thanks for pointing that out also.

bveguy Posted November 14, 2009 Share #53 Posted November 14, 2009 What is the sign made out of? Mylar, steel, and a bunch of gears?
Joe Posted November 15, 2009 Share #54 Posted November 15, 2009 Mylar, steel, and a bunch of gears? I'm talking about the sign itself, not the mechanism that changes it. You being a wiseguy with me?
NX Express Posted November 15, 2009 Share #55 Posted November 15, 2009 Until someone had a key on them and decided to closed the doors with them. If I had a key I would open up the T/O's cab, close the doors, and drive the train home;)I wish, LOL:cry:

Robert Paniagua Posted March 17, 2010 Share #59 Posted March 17, 2010 Nice shots of the slants 4280/81, and good job with those rollsign combo, I liked the one of 179 St/Jamaica-Kings Highway destinations. Also, you could have done 71St Ave/Continental - Coney Island . That would have looked awesome!

bveguy Posted March 18, 2010 Share #61 Posted March 18, 2010 Nice shots of the slants 4280/81, and good job with those rollsign combo, I liked the one of 179 St/Jamaica-Kings Highway destinations. Also, you could have done 71St Ave/Continental - Coney Island . That would have looked awesome! After I put the sign back to its original letter, , the guy told me to put it on . Had he spoken up earlier, I would've left it on . So... basically, I was out of energy. The only sign I was looking for in there was . It was supposed to be above , but I guess not... So that killed it there.
