Her flight leaves BNA at 16:32, and she want to get there by 3pm. NFTA #210 which departs Portage Rd Transit Center 13:00. Is anyone know is there cheaper alternative from Niagara Falls to BNA? She already booked flight, so she can't choose bus to NYC. Also, what is policy on hitch hiking in Niagara Falls section of New York?
