trainzone Posted November 26, 2009 Share #51 Posted November 26, 2009 Ah ok, actually at Coney Island they don't have any R9s. They have an R1 #103, an R4 or 6 and an R8. The area where they are kept is in an area that is hard to see from the line. In fact, even when they do tours of the yard they are very difficult to see. Yes they are! They are lined up side by side on about 4 or 5 tracks, blocked off, however, that's the beauty of working in the system...you have a go anywhere by yourself when you want pass! lol I took MANY pics in coney, and it will be on TrainZone Dec 25th.
