Odd Site...

Recommended Posts

While driving to Massachusetts, while stuck in traffic next to that power plant near Hartford, I saw old Pennsylvania Railroad passenger cars sitting in the siding. Any idea why those are there?

Did they look like this:

If so it's Juniata Terminal company PRR cars. Used for excursion, education etc. They also store and re-store rolling stock. These cars are very often seen at 30th st in philly where they sometimes are used in main line excursions to altoona or h-burg.
