NYCTrainFan95 Posted November 26, 2009 Share #1 Posted November 26, 2009 While driving to Massachusetts, while stuck in traffic next to that power plant near Hartford, I saw old Pennsylvania Railroad passenger cars sitting in the siding. Used for excursion, education etc. They also store and re-store rolling stock.
