Forest Glen Posted December 11, 2009 Share #53 Posted December 11, 2009 It's not even winter yet and I'm already sick of this weather. I'd rather it be 100 degrees than 30 degrees. Most of my favorite recreational activities are outdoor activities.

Most of my favorite recreational activities are outdoor activities. I agree. I'm getting sick of this cold weather already. The only thing that I like about the winter is the more interesting sunsets. Time to head down to the beach soon...
Forest Glen Posted December 11, 2009 Share #55 Posted December 11, 2009 The early sunsets make it impossible to take pics since my camera has a lousy night mode.

Totally agreed, I don't really like the cold [though I'd take it over sweating to death in the summer], but I'd like to get some sunset shots as well. Joe Posted December 11, 2009 Share #57 Posted December 11, 2009 Just put your camera down on something to hold it still and use regular automatic mode. Even a hat works as a makeshift tripod...soft enough to conform to the shape of the camera but stiff enough to keep it still.
