I went out on Saturday and Sunday and got lots of intresting stuff from the Blizzard. An R68 broke down on the 9th Ave curve, the T/O came out and was inspecting the wheels but couldnt do anything. Before you know it a whole bunch of (D) start arriving on the express. I also caught the R32 (A)!

May I have his name and badge number? I'm going to call 811, which is the Train-Operator-who-is-not-wearing-his-vest-report hotline:p

No, if the train goes BIE for an unknown reason, the M/M has to walk around the train.

Because of the weather, I guess the train was tripped by snow (yes, snow can trip a train) so it's not too unusual. During heavy snow storms like what we had last weekend, trip arms sometimes don't always go down either. That T/O should have had his vest on, but as long as he is and keeps the road moving, it's all good.

and this is how it starts with a short cut here and why bother to turn on the radio, or I'm just goin to the road bed for one minute, besides I am out in the open and the other T/O's can see me. Safety is everyone's business, if you take it lightly then you will get hurt or worse killed.

I know, I know a safety vest stopped a train from hitting anyone, but if you think before you go to roadbed than you can avoid these kinds of mistake. It's real simple,LOOK,LISTEN & LIVE !! (MTA)
