Yesterday, the (G) was not running to Forest Hills. Instead, the (E) and (F) took its place, leaving the express tracks completely deserted. Did this had something to do with the weather?

Yes it had something to with the weather. They had to store the NIS trains along the express tracks so w/e trains suppose to ran express just ran local all weekend long!

Plan 4 for cold weather was in effect, and that involves using the express tracks underground to store trains that would normally be in the various yards.

On Saturday, (A) trains ran local to Manhattan, but on Sunday, (A) trains ran local to Queens. Weird.

There were some G.O.s that were active on top of Plan 4. The (A)(C) and (E) trains skipped certain stations in Manhattan heading on its way up.

It was the other way around for the whole weekend if im not mistaken. The (A) ran express going to 207 (I got off at W4, so idk if it was running local at CPW), and it was local heading back to Far Rockaway.

Exactly. It's the same as the (N) Sea Beach exp, that stops at every stop.
