Finally, Today's Nostalgia Train Ride

Today was the first time I railfanned in NY in forever. It was also the first time I've ever ridden this train. Met a lot of great people today, if only for a short time due to my schedule. And, I decided to pull out my old camera, since there's no point in going on this train if you're not going to take lots and lots of photos. Still, forgive them because they're not of the best quality:

First, the last (4) train from New Lots sits at Van Siclen, off schedule by a while.

And now, for the bulk of the pictures of the train, which I know many have seen already. Very very fun ride.

Today really re-kindled my desire to go railfanning, no matter what train, be it R1, R160, or R32, because it was just fantastic to go and take pictures with people who enjoy doing the same thing. To Fred G, Paul, Shane, Curtis, Knight Rider, and everyone else I met today (I'm bad with names, sorry...), thanks for sharing the ride with me, and I hope you guys enjoyed it too. Hope you guys enjoyed the pictures.
