Amfleet Cab Car?

isnt it former Metroliner MU cab car. Amtrak removed MU components and they were converted into cab control cars for push pull service. The Amfleet cars and the Metroliners were both built by budd so the Amfleet coaches were designed with the same outward appearance of the Metroliners.

Looks like Corridor Clipper. It's an inspection car converted from an Amcoach. The Amfleet Cab Cars are the former Metroliner EMUs.

It looks like an EMU because it has pantographs on it. Could that cab car pull Amfleet coaches on it's own? That would look cool. But why would they have an inspection car connected to an Amtrak passenger service train
