Sorry dude, I am going to re-explain it...

The congress and senate cannot co-operate because of politics and nothing can go through and money keeps on draining thanks to the stalemates and now the (MTA) need money when all the stalemate gobbled up all or most of the funding for the (MTA)...

The MTA brought it on itself by overestimating possible profits from real estate and other areas of revenue. I doubt the 'stalemate' was main/only the reason.

Stop jumping on each other like froglets, thanks :)!

What in the hell are you talking about? Do you realize that people here have to frequently read your posts 10 times to make any sense out of them, and more than half the time of that, they still don't make any sense?

Think before you post stupidity like that.

Well, they should sell some properties and revamp stations to include cheap retail spaces (like in China) to attract customers.

You too INDkid...

You are a MORON. How many times are you going to hijack threads and stir up nonsense???

Admit yourself to Bellevue before it's too late so we won't have to deal with you for the time being. And PLEASE stop ruining perfect threads with your stupidity. Thank you.

Time to bring back Congestion Pricing. One man has alot to do with what we're going through now. He's MTA rider enemy number 1.

So instead of subway commuters being screwed motorists will be screwed. A better solution is to cut the waste like the bloated bureaucracy.

(MTA) has to cry and make threats. its the only way to get money from the city and state. the city and state cant complain now and say how could this happen when they have been underfunding the (MTA) for over 20 years. the problem will never change as long as the same people keep being reelected into albany. congestion pricing wont work because (MTA) might see 20% of the money after the city and state and what ever company that runs it take their cut first. also if (MTA) would have raised its fares with inflation since the 70s we would not see these big fare jumps. but politics being what it is every thing gets side tracked and never gets fixed.
