Shortline Bus Posted February 10, 2010 Share #1 Posted February 10, 2010 Following lead of their sister agency the LIRR, Metro North had made this announcement. Snow Storm Service Reductions in Effect Wednesday, February 10, 2010 In anticipation of lighter ridership than usual, Metro-North will operate reduced service in the AM Peak, peak hour type extra outbound service between noon and 4 PM, and significantly reduced service after 5 PM. This is similar to our Holiday getway schedule from Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Years Eve. In addition, service systemwide can be suspended if weather conditions warrants. For details, visit our schedules page. (Train times are available via the interactive schedule, or can be viewed on a PDF.) Customers can expect some delays due to the weather.
