My newly made Map

I would make the 2/5 extend to either Kings Highway or Avenue U, and would build a Utica Avenue Subway from the A/C station. I would also make the 4 have a stop at Livonia Yard. Also, what serves the eastern part of the Lower East Side? This would be a chance to make the ''Avenue C Cuphandle''.

Also, is there a special relay track at 167th so terminating B trains don't interfere with D express service?

Let Me Answer those questions:

- I would extend the (2)/(5) to kings plaza instead.

- why?

- why????

- I don't know the (F)/(V)/(J)/(M)/(Z)= none of those trains serve Avenue C.

- there's no <(D)> express service anymore, only for (K) trains on weekends.

Let Me Answer those questions:

- I would extend the (2)/(5) to kings plaza instead. Alright

- why? The B46 is the second most-used route after the M15, and is the most used route on the weekends.

- why????

- I don't know the (F)/(V)/(J)/(M)/(Z)= none of those trains serve Avenue C. I meant extend the T train from 14th Street.

- there's no <(D)> express service anymore, only for (K) trains on weekends.

Also how would you run the (N)/(W) on the (6) line? How would that fit? How would they even connect? 20th Ave at Ditmars Blvd is no where near Brook Ave in the Bronx!

In fact, the (N) would have to take a big detour, not link stright up to the Pelham line as the map suggests. The Astoria line extended straight up would probably connect to Parkchester.

For the (Q) do mean it runs up Convent Ave? Morningside Ave ends at 125th St.

I think somebody asked him that question a while back and the answer was that they would be on separate tracks.

In my opinion, it is better to expand into new areas than to go pile lines one on top of the other (see below)

In fact, the (N) would have to take a big detour, not link stright up to the Pelham line as the map suggests. The Astoria line extended straight up would probably connect to Parkchester.

If it went completely straight, it would link up to Parkchester. If it was able to somehow merge onto the Hell Gate Bridge (if it were able to hold subway trains), it might be able to merge onto the Pelham Line at about 149th Street.

If it went straight up into the Bronx and went through Hunts Point, and then had a transfer station with the (6) at Whitlock Avenue before continuing up to the 180th Street station, that would allow it to serve a subway-less area, since there is the Bruckner Expressway that isolates it.

Censin, I think that the map that he got it off of (it looks like one of the ones from nycsubway.org) was one of those schematic maps that shows the boroughs, but isn't geographically correct. That map gives readers the impression that if 31st Street did continue, it would end up around Brook Avenue in the Bronx.

Also, I think it would be nice if there was (Z) express service on Jamaica Avenue instead of skip-stop service.

I still think it's odd that the (G) and (F) would swap roles on either side of Forest Hills and that 18 Avenue would be used as a terminal.

well ill make the (G) run local & the (F) express after 71 to avoid delays. the 18th avenue problem, I will not do anything, sorry.
