Also, due to a temporary loss of electrical power at the Borough Hall Station: Brooklyn College-bound trains are running on the line from the 3rd Avenue-149th Street Station to the Nevins Street Station. New Lots Avenue-bound trains are turning at the Chambers Street Station and Harlem-bound trains are turning at the Nevins Street Station. As an alternate, customers are advised to use the trains which makes nearby station stops between the Chambers Street Station and the Nevins Street Station.
