CPBO Posted February 13, 2010 Share #1 Posted February 13, 2010 An MTA pickup truck with a snowplow hitch hit and critically injured a 70-year-old woman in Manhattan yesterday, authorities said. The victim was crossing at 23rd Street and Second Avenue at 4 p.m. when the truck, with the plow raised, struck her. The woman, whose name was not released, was taken to Bellevue Hospital.
