I really enjoyed riding the NYC subway, PATH, LIRR and MNRR. I'm due to visit again in March so will be looking forward to taking a few rides around the system. I really liked the NYC subway and found it to be quick a relatively delayed free. (Compared to the London Underground). In the UK, I live in a town in Essex called Wickford which is about 35 miles from London. I use one of the private train companies called National Express East Anglia go travel into London Liverpool Street Station (at a cost of £3,000 per year!).
