Fred G Posted February 18, 2010 Share #1 Posted February 18, 2010 Hi all, here are some pics of Amtrak and SLE. *I'm posting Shore Line East pics in this Amtrak section for east of New Haven, since it's an Amtrak crew running it. For west of NH, I'll post in the Metro North section. Ice train shows up in Clinton Guilford Guilford Southbound Vermonter in North Haven; that switch is for Cedar Hill yard. Southbound Vermonter Southbound Vermonter Thanks for looking.

Thanks so much, PATCOman Wow that is one icy train! Did you get to see the horizon car on the vermonter yet? - A Yeah was cold that morning to be sure. I first spotted the Horizon coach on the Vermonter a little over a week ago. Since there are 2 trains a day running up and one running back, it will run up to VT one day and come back the next, hence its absence on this train. Here it is running northbound in Bridgeport on 02/10/10 I saw and photographed it yesterday, again in Bridgeport, on the southbound. Pic(s) to come soon.
