TheKorean Posted January 7, 2011 Author Share #78 Posted January 7, 2011 New car actually made by the company that runs few lines of Seoul Metro Subway. Thats right, internet access on the train. Interesting configuration.

mtattrain Posted March 9, 2011 Share #82 Posted March 9, 2011 Great news! I'm going to videotape a lot of Seoul Metro lines when I take a 1-week trip to Korea. But "TheKorean," can you tell me if it is legal so I don't get into trouble.
TheKorean Posted March 9, 2011 Author Share #83 Posted March 9, 2011 I am pretty sure it isnt illegal. Havent been there in a while. In fact, I say go for it. Enjoy the trip! Korea is really nice, Seoul. And if you can take KTX (high speed rail) to Busan and then ferry to Japan. Thats a nice little trip. English signs are everywhere no no need to worry. Unless you leave the metro area. Which I strongly advice against.
TheKorean Posted March 9, 2011 Author Share #84 Posted March 9, 2011 BTW, Seoul Subway line 1 is over 100 miles long. 103 miles for one branch. There are 3 branches, and the longest one, from end to end, is 103 miles. For a subway line. Imagine that.
Via Garibaldi 8 Posted March 9, 2011 Share #85 Posted March 9, 2011 Now this is the way a subway should be in terms of cleanliness. Korea is very clean. The stations are spotless and the folks there take pride in their country.
