Pelham Bay Dave Posted April 11, 2010 Share #3 Posted April 11, 2010 Even if the stalled train was a 3AVE-138 Street the stalled train would have been on the Local train while trains would terminate on the Middle track. Which is exactly what going to happen Middays starting tommorrow. Will 3 Av still be a midday terminal when the downtown platform at 177 is closed in July?
