If he was calling for assistance why did he leave right after he blasted the horn? how do I know? My only guess is that he noticed there were no cops at that stop and left. He probably took that photo late Friday night during transition time: the 4 car pieces already on the line pre GO had to go to Continental to be added up to make 8 car trains. Additional cars needed would come from R/V lay ups. Monday morning, around 4 AM, the G will be extended to Continental, so trains can be cut down to 4x4. Un-needed cars will become R/V AM put-ins.
