They don't use it, as they have their own cars, and/or chauffeurs to drive their non transit using, useless a$$es, (the only thing they are useful for, is draining our wallets). Local 100 knows this too, but just want to get their faces into the public spotlight, so the public will take their side, saying "at least they are fighting to get more funding for us", so they will take our side come raise time.
