When I see what 'bad Samaritans' the majority of people in NYC are, it gets me angry. There is no sense of community around here. It sometimes seems that the only way to get NYC residents to be less hard-hearted would be to nuke the place....I'm pretty sure a standard "Patriot" warhead would be sufficient.(just kidding lol)

Anyone remember the finale episode of seinfeld where Jerry and the gang were thrown in jail for a year for not helping the fat dude from being mugged in broad daylight? And to top it off they were filming the entire mugging from across the street. They were charged with not following the good samaritan law.People here in NYC should be arested for the same thing.

I am greatly upset by learning of this incident. :confused::cry::mad::tdown: I would have not only called 911, but stayed there till EMT arrived.
