Neil Feldman Posted May 4, 2010 Share #1 Posted May 4, 2010 Doing both Main Line, and Port Jeff Branch, I kinda did things with a little extra flavor. It gets kind of boring taking my photos from the same points, so Tuesday's shots were along the Main Line at Central Islip, and just west of Ronkonkoma at Ocean Avenue did a few. Monday's were from the usual spots, but getting the out of the ordinary shot of a DM30AC with the silver K5LA horns makes them well sort of not boring after all. So in no particular order, here are my shots: Please enjoy, and comment!

Neil Feldman Posted May 8, 2010 Author Share #7 Posted May 8, 2010 Case in point is as railfans, we in a way are the extra eyes and ears to help seek anything that may be suspicious. So yes all in all we must preserve the hobby!

Neil Feldman Posted May 11, 2010 Author Share #13 Posted May 11, 2010 Thanks, I was hoping for shots from within the station which is a 1/2 mile east of the location I took the shots of 7216/7787. I decided that using the 75-300 zoom lens to take a little zooming towards the consist (especially the head-on shot of 7216). I really was hoping for an M3 shot as after this year, or next, the M9's will come in to replace the M3's, so I'm doing my best to get whatever I can before those go bye, bye!
