Using Lance's fonts on the 36th page, I managed to put something together:

What's wrong with this sign?

It's displaying both the route and the next stop on one sign...

I'd love to make some of the bus signs I see in many users' signatures here(Garabaldi's is one, for example). It's hard to pin down just one. I have so much free time, i'd whip up a bunch if I knew how to do it.

lance what happen to mine? is it taking a while?

Just to let you know that Lance has better or important things to do more than making your signs. If you can't wait long enough, make one for your own.

Don't you hate it when you type a long thing out and hit the "X" button on the tab instead of the tab next to it? Annoying as hell, right? And I was almost finished too . And naturally the auto save function doesn't want to cooperate.

Let's try this again.

@Brighton Express: I don't have a full list of signs for the 42s unfortunately. Also, I don't have all the readings for the 160s either. I just have a list of the ones either I observed personally or have seen via YouTube videos.

Phew. Finally done. Stand by for new goodies for the new year.

EDIT 15:43:

Until further notice, all requests for R32 rolls will be ignored temporarily while I fix as few things on the template.

Lord... the requests come down the pipe. Nice job Lance. I have some more signature backups. ;)

I'd like to make another request:

Route: (8), Teal

Frames:

To Gun Hill Road

The Next Stop Is

125th Street

6:28

Hey guys. I come bringing gifts. Not exactly new gifts, but gifts nonetheless. As you may be aware, I removed the R32 side signs from the first post. Partly, that was because the dimensions were off by a bit and I wanted to fix that. But mainly, it was because of the following.

Presenting: The R32 Rollsigns from the early 1980s (pre-General Overhaul).

Exterior

Interior

Compared to today's signs:

Interior

Now, the biggest difference between today's signs and those of yesteryear (besides the TA's former insistence on calling 6th Avenue the "Avenue of the Americas") is found on the interior signs. The exterior signs are slightly larger, but that's about it. The interior signs on the other hand were all two-lined readings on the '80s rolls as opposed to the single-line readings today.

Both versions are now available for sign requests. You can also mix and match the signs if you so desire, but please be specific on what you want because I'm not playing guessing games. Also for all '80s sign box requests, let me know which roll you want lit up.

That is all. Stand by for more goodies.
