what was the F doing at 67th Ave?

Thats the (R).Our cameras don't see what out human eyes can see.

 

It wasn't. The first pic is at 71st Avenue and the second look-alike (F) is a (R).

He was referring to the 14th pic the sign looked like an (F).But our cameras color sometimes cut off.It's really a full circle but our cameras react different.Also when we take vids most of the time they spin.

That's actually true. The shutter speeds can catch the bullet while its refreshing (circling) quicker than our eyes. 1/160 or higher should cause your camera to catch it spinning.
