Above 14th if the ran up 10th Av would be fine. No there is. They are looking at the far west side now for development. And BPC seriously needs better transportation options. They either have to take the buses to the trains.. or walk across the bridges to Vesey/Church or Rector. Talk about convenience. I've read the reports and such a line is recommended. Quite honestly, the West Side Highway is actually one of the very few thoroughfares in Manhattan proper where the idealist bus rapid transit can actually be implemented.
