R32 3348 Posted June 22, 2010 Share #4 Posted June 22, 2010 This messed up my commute to a trip earlier this morning. train stopped 6 times between Roosevelt and Queensbridge. The T/O was confused at 36th St. when they decided to route him back on the line.
Chrystie Street Cut Posted June 22, 2010 Author Share #5 Posted June 22, 2010 I actually was in the area yesterday and got off very quicky at 21st and saw a bunch of sand on the platform and roadbed at the 10 car on the southbound side. Looks to me like someone fell in between cars. People were standing in the sand and walking around looking at the sand wondering why it was there. Talk about freaky. Had they want a secondary route, they would have to take the 102 into Queens which can be a PITA.
