Plaster glass, except for 7

I'm pretty sure you know what plaster glass is. It is that glass that can be ripped off, and has several layers on it. All r142/a has them (included in the order) and all r62/a have them...except for the 7. If anyone knows why they didn't help out the 7 yet, please tell me. I would also like to know your ideas!B)
