Then: 70(B) 57th Street to Coney Island via the West End Rush Hours: 168th Street-Broadway to Coney Island via the West End Today: Bedford Park Boulevard to Brighton Beach via Brighton Express (Weekdays 6am to 11pm) Then: 70(D) 205th Street to Brighton Beach via Brighton Express Off Hours and Weekends: 205th Street to Coney Island via Brighton Local Today: 205th Street to Coney Island via the West End Then: 70(F) 179th Street to Coney Island via Culver Rush Hours: Express Jay Street-Borough Hall to Church Avenue; Peak Direction Express Church Avenue to Kings Highway Today: 179th Street to Coney Island via Culver Then: New (KK) 57th Street to 168th Street-Jamaica Terminal (Rush Hours) Today: New 71st Avenue-Continental Avenue to Metropolitan Avenue (Weekdays 6am to 11pm) 57th Street would remain the terminal from Monday July 1, 1968 to Sunday October 29, 1989 when the Sixth Avenue Line was extended to East 63d Street.
