RokuSix Posted July 11, 2010 Share #1 Posted July 11, 2010 Two things: I've a nice shot of the ad-wrap on the R142As for anyone who might not get a chance to see them, or hasn't checked any other threads for them: Another thing: I'm sure there are plenty of errors on the new map, but here's one that caught my attention: Look closely: The Whitestone Bridge is shown as connecting to Rosedale Avenue in the Bronx. It does not do so, it connects to the Hutchinson Parkway. Not really relevant I suppose, but I don't think the MTA should misplace their own property in that manner. Who should I contact to report the mistake?
MattTrain Posted July 11, 2010 Share #2 Posted July 11, 2010 This is rather interesting, nice R-142A shot!
LRG Posted July 11, 2010 Share #3 Posted July 11, 2010 MTA misplacing their own property...that was a win. Nice catch of the R142A!
IRT Bronx Express Posted July 12, 2010 Share #4 Posted July 12, 2010 Considering that the new June 2010 doomsday maps are now available throughout NYC, maybe in the next edition of The Map, they'll correct that terrible mistake. Mistakes are unavoidable and they're good at making them.
