Trainspotter Posted March 11, 2008 #1 Posted March 11, 2008 Pre-fare hike unlimited cards good until June Straphangers who bought unlimited ride MetroCards before fares increased on March 2 have until June to begin using them. Riders must activate a 30-day MetroCard by June 1, a seven-day card by June 24 and a one-day fun pass by June 30, transit officials said. The MTA will refund unused or partially-used unlimited ride cards on a pro-rated basis, depending on how many days the passes were used. For more information, visit http://www.mta.info.
