What time are the artics expected to be fully replaced by standards?

This is a message board that reports things AFTER they happen since there are no hookups with the NYCT Dept. of Buses to tell us what WILL happen IN THE FUTURE.  The future, in NYCT jargon, is 5 minutes before it actually happens.   Same goes for what time things will happen at a later time in the 24 hour day.

As for what routes individual buses will run on, that is not decided in advance.  It is decided by the Surface Line Dispatcher in the depot at the time a driver needs a bus!  Even if it was decided in advance, there is nobody here with a hookup who can tell you hours in advance what will happen later.

You'll just have to check Bus Time throughout the day and night and click on the routes.  There are APPS out there that give you bus numbers as well as location.

All divisions of NYCT are on an EMERGENCY operation at this time.  While they do have plans all set up, the execution of those plans are made on a moments notice.  So asking what is going to happen at 12Noon, 1PM...…. 6PM, 7PM, 8 PM is unknown till the moment it happens.  That includes bus assignments between depots which very well could continue throughout the afternoon as bus operators to do the tasks become available.

By any chance was 4171 a transport bus for the three other buses that were sent to Michael J. Quill? 4123, 4128, 4133 have hit service in Manhattan and 4133 has decals too. 4171 is the only one that hasn't run in Manhattan yet. Maybe it's getting a repair or held at the depot due to weather if it wasn't a transport bus.

It actually did few days ago. Having a sticker: could probably be a regular CS quality control

negative on at Queens Village move.   4172 was out on Thursday working the Q44+... If anything some of those buses may be heading Manhattan bound soon.

I'll be keeping an eye for 4135 and the late #41xx units to see if they leave Casey Stengel. Same with 4129-4132 from Queens Village Depot.

Copy that.. I think 4135 could be Manhattan bound. However, no official confirmation yet. It hasn't been tracking this week, unless I'm wrong.

Let give this time... The snow loans are slowly returning back home to their depots.
