Wouldn't say that just yet. The fact that the OMNY readers got removed doesn't make any sense if they're going to be used for in-service use.

2222 & 2226 are technically assigned to EC, but they haven't been touched since they moved there. I have a lot of doubts that those CTs going to EC will be used for service.

Current allotment of LFS Hybrids.

MV: 9665-9668, 9670, 9676, 9680(currently in New Jersey), 9683, 9698-9899, 9701(currently in New Jersey).
KB: 9644, 9648, 9650, 9652-9653, 9662, 9664.
OH: 9624-9628, 9636-9637, 9639.
