#2053 is a Gillig BRT+ CNG for NICE Bus, and it's headed to Long Island (Mitchel Field).

Flatbush has also sent 4596 to help out MHV shortage. With Casey Stengel: 4474 and 4477. 
 

Also  to point out, 4446 is not a MHV unit from that screenshot: it’s a transport bus for ops at GA/FP that finished moving units to MHV waiting for a ride back to their depots

Not a very reliable source I say. There are guys here that keeps true updates on where movements of buses go. I’ll go by those that speak true assignments,  person per boro update.

Ask the guy who said that “every nova is oos” or don’t even do that. Hit every depot urself. That’s what I’ll do.

I don't know if it's old, because the same person just posted photos of 3096 and a couple of other former MTA Bus coaches with Charleston stickers. He writes they've been transferred because they are short on buses and for a future SIM23/24 takeover.
