I just seen 4143 around Pelham Bay Park with LGA stickers on both sides. Don't know what's up with this except that it was at JFK previously or so I thought.

4143 is an ECH bus. Possibly it's ECH decal had fallen off revealing a LGA sticker underneath.

ECH has the following: 4020-4037, 4140-4143, 4485-4488.

3994-3998 has returned back to FP Depot from MHV.

9781 delivered to/in service at Manhattanville, however it has a broken tracker

Someone apparently caught 9535 running on the B17 today. I was unable to track the vehicle. Nonetheless, many are anticipating that 9535-9559 will be delivered to Grand Avenue Depot. Can anyone confirm if 9535 has been delivered?

Yes. That’s correct. It appears it was loaned to West Farms for a few days and returned back to KB.
