Yes it's very surprising. They're at a lot near Hudson-Bergen Light rail 2nd Street station. I've posted a video on Facebook of the buses on a Bus & Train Enthusiast group if you care to see them✌🏾

It’s a different facility that the Prevost service facility. The HBLR literally passes it lol. There’s also a public walkway behind it for those of who want to go out there. I just don’t know what the nearest station is.

That's one of Academy's lots, it's not a Nova vendor lot. Nova and Prevost share the same one in Secaucus. Academy has worked on MTA buses before.

It’s been there almost 6 months. 

Incase anyone is wondering, these are the full assignments for the prevost order. 
 

1300-1381 - College Point

1382-1429 - Eastchester

1430-1452 - JFK/Far Rock

1453-1491 - Yonkers

1492-1526 Spring Creek

1527-1534 - Baisley Park 

1535-1556 - LaGuardia

1557-1606 - Meredith

1607-1629 - Charleston

9558 is a 2021 model, units 9510-9619. 9416-9499 are out of 2022. 

 

Outside of it, 9500-9509 are 2018 (older XDE40 units)
