Yeah, but UP lost their half of the new buses with ENY taking half of the xd40s. If anything ENY should be taking maybe the 9600s instead.

I was thinking the same thing too but I thought ENY was getting all their 4900s back?

Um no, 4900s at FB are staying. If anything FB should move out the rest of their 9600s as those have high mileage and needs to be moved out of there.

Lets not say that just yet, ENY did get a number of 4900s just a while ago. If more of the 89/9000s goes to MTA Bus, it might happen.

That's because they are. These were the buses that wound up being sold off since WMATA couldn't afford them.
