All the MCIs comng out of storage are being prepped for the Metro North Shuttle.

2096 & 2118 are at CP.

2079 & 2092 are at LG.

Oh, well the guy here downstairs said they're short so they're gonna use it for passenger service.

2084, 2131 just arrived now.

I assume these MCIs are going to College Point and LaGuardia for prepping before they go in service for the shuttle. Right?

Yes, I think U.P. got a piece of the MNR shuttle too. But then I heard they're short so they brought back 2073, 2086 at 5:50pm yesterday and at 7:20 they brought 2084 & 2131 back but the MTA Bus C.O guys from EC did the move and the company car followed them.

Yeah well I think that Baisley Park and Yonkers have a piece as well because I saw on News 12 Connecticut that buses #3325 and #3382 were in Bridgeport. Hard not to notice those buses with their orange destination signs.

2119 & 2075 @ zerega from storage. Don't know what they're here for though. I was under the impression that the recently revived buses for the MNRR shuttle, went to what ever depot they would be assigned to to be inspected and reinserted into service...

Based on the roster, I see that 15 MCIs were activated for the MNRR shuttle. Should be some good fanning pictures. However, I see that Gun Hill and Kingsbridge have a MNRR shuttle too. I assume they are getting MCIs soon. SMFH at Jamaica. They have a piece too. It would be really interesting seeing an MCI back at that depot. Last time that happened was back in what 2003?

Nope, all three of those depots sent stuff out of their regular fleet. Gun Hill had several XD60s, Kingsbridge had a NG and Jamaica, a RTS.
