I wouldn't go that far. It might of been a mistake since JA is loaning to CS a lot. Or it was moved recently and you didn't notice.

It seems like ENY won't have any RTS's left once the NovaBus order is complete. The it looks the last depot to have RTS will be Flatbush.

Ok then HOWEVER, those depots I highlighted will still have RTS...especially the #4900-5249 series.

This is what I call "Plugging in the holes" part of the delivery. I guess Flatbush (#7352-7365) COULD be after #7192 is delivered along with Casey Stengel's batch.
