Hale is likely fixing up the RTS before going to quill.

What I am noticing as these RTS move out of WF, more D60s go in. I sense that an artic conversion of the Bx36 might happen soon (unless the 4800's and company move out to ECH/take the place of the 1000's in other depots very soon)

What I am noticing as these RTS move out of WF, more D60s go in. I sense that an artic conversion of the Bx36 might happen soon (unless the 4800's and company move out to ECH/take the place of the 1000's in other depots very soon)

TA doesn't send new buses to BC, and vise versa. Only the old fleet is swapped regularly. MTA just needs to place an order for 28 additional XD40's specifically for EC. ENY wants all the 4800's, but Ulmer is likely to keep their batch.

I'm thinking this COULD be in preparation for the upcoming MTA Bus Express Bus order (378 for MTAB in 2016-2017, 50 for NYCT in 2019) that "East New York" posted. It's unclear which company will get the order BUT you never know.
