I have a question about FR. I was on the and I've seen FR open. They refuel there Express Fleet and they have a couple of OGs in the parking lot. Is FR being reconstructed or ... ????

From what I understand the local fleet ismaintained at JFK, I'm pretty sure midday locals use the yard for storage.

The top post stated it was at Quill. On the M15 now, so it was likely loaned to Quill before returning to TU.
