I don't imagine myself returning to NYC tomorrow with half of ECH as HEVs lol. Probably would happen early September the latest. But who knows?

Well, GA is supposed to get artics eventually. I'm pretty sure this isn't the case, but they might be training ops with the D60s, at least until the XD60s start rolling in.

4170 was a CS bus it was later transfered to FP then to GH then back to FP.
