I would think 4035-4039 would go up there first, but it's still an NG/RTS swap.

 

Slightly unrelated, but according to a driver that drives the Q53, the Q53 will begin using their artics in two weeks around Halloween after they do a "special pick" only for Q53 drivers. Those buses are coming in a rapid rate and they need to see service soon.

Today I saw the Bus Roster and it's been updated but one thing that hasn't changed was 4137 at GunHill. It's no longer there it's at Manhattanville so if someone could fix that it'll be alright.

I'm going to try to do some updates soon. Just trying to manage a lot in my personal life right right now. The Electric buses now have assigned fleet numbers and are scheduled to arrive in about 60 days.

Also just a note, but I mentioned about 6-7?months ago that the only way MCI would get any of the next Express order would be if they redesigned the bus from the ground up..... Well ladies and gentlemen, the 2018 D45 CRT LE is officially in the running!  And just in time as the next Express order is now on the horizon

The Bus Company temporary fleet assignment has changed again as well.

JK - 6030, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 46, 48, 50, 52, 54, 56, 58 (Pending and subject to change as they may get a few less buses if they see that they are not needed)

LG - 6060, 62, 64 ,66, 68, 70 ,72 ,74, 76, 78, 80, 82, 84, 86, 88, 90, 92, 94, 96, 98, 100, 102, 104, 106, 108 

As we know, XN60's are in and if you all didn't catch the revised fleet numbers, they will be 1016-1125

The pilots are 1016-1020. 1016 is now here at the service center. The production buses are expected to go in service at Jackie Gleason first, with testing and training out of both depots simultaneously.

As far as Casey Stengel, they are now down to 4 LFSA's. 

Now touch on another subject, in a few a new post will be made in the bus section about this major discrepancy about the new colors. "Is it Paint or is it a Wrap?" This will be explain in detail in a few short minutes.

I'm loving it! The overall look took a bit of getting used to, and I'm loving the low floor option! That's going to be really convenient for special needs passengers. Hope they MTA chooses that specification if we get them.

As of right now 52 JK and 53 LG. I did however hear that LG may interline a few runs with the 52, but that has NOT been confirmed.

This is correct. Additionally, with the 52 going to JFK, the Q41 will be going out to Far Rock.

I've definitely seen some Orion OG hybrids with the Far Rockaway logos, although I think most of them have JFK stickers

There are very few with FR logos, and with the frequent swaps, these buses can be found on both FR and JK routes.

OGs are rotated every now and then and the ones assigned to FR can be stored in the lot. Every other model is definitely JFK's.

Do you mean 7657? From what I've seeing, the recent arrivals are bumping out the ones that were used in a short period of time (like 7600 or 7608).
