Princelex Posted July 29, 2010 Share #6 Posted July 29, 2010 My God that's my childhood right there (I was grown when those pics were taken lol)! I miss THOSE RTS's the most. The engine, the sound of the doors squeaking when they opened, everything about them. Real buses if I ever rode on any. I can't wait to see the next batches

East New York Posted July 30, 2010 Share #11 Posted July 30, 2010 I can't get over these pics!!! All I can think about is air brakes, air emergency brakes, air when the door opens, the air "tussss!!!" sound when the air pressure releases...... and the best damn Detroit Diesel engines ever conceived!!:cry::cry: God, I'm almost 30!!! When 5249 retires, I'm letting everyone know now that I'm going to be away from the forum on Medical leave so i can grieve! As a matter of fact....... I think I need to be alone right now........:cry::cry: Lol!
