CHildren's Railroad of Kazan', Russia --- what a small wonder

I am so happy for all children, their parent and railfans who live in Kazan'. I've never was there, yet I see how wonderful is the railway.

 

As of me, their railcars look like Philadephia Subway SETPA Orange line, and the older cars on the Market-Frankfort line.As you see, the trains consist of a few passenger cars, lead by a diesel loco.

 

 

look how comfortable are the trains from inside? I'd wish Q trains will be such (on one of the days)

 

Is it possible to make a same wonder in USA? What should be the cost of this wonder?

I like the shots, but since I can't read Russian, it's hard for me to understand where they are.
