Now, I saw someone taking a picture of it while it was in the stand at Flushing Main Street on the trip before...around 4:40 PM. I am just curious as to who it was; I was on the bus at that time.

Nice pic! You didn't see me, but I happened to see that same bus at the same time. I was passing by the Q17 layover on the QBx1 (I think i was on bus 9970 or something like that) and I saw 4474 laid up.
